Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong item has been delivered
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a clear unboxing video or photos as proof for verification.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or damaged products after delivery
- Customized or personalized orders
- Natural variations in gemstone beads, pearls, corals, and semi-precious stones including color, texture, shape, or pattern, as these are natural characteristics of the materials
Refunds
Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method used during purchase.
Replacements
If the returned product is available in stock, we can arrange a replacement instead of a refund based on the customer’s preference.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.
